The purchaser or user of any product manufactured or sold by JBS Innovations & Motty Electronics Ltd. or its dealers hereby releases JBS Innovations & Motty Electronics Ltd. from any and all liability for the use of these products in any fashion.

The use of any performance product or vehicle is potentially dangerous. Racing anything is dangerous. Serious bodily injury or death can result from the operation of performance vehicles in any environment, especially when racing. The purchaser or user of any product manufactured or sold by JBS Innovations & Motty Electronics Ltd. understands this and assumes the risk of injury or death and accepts full responsibility for all damages and injuries incurred through the use of these products from participating in any competitive events or from operating a performance vehicle in any other way.

For the AFR Tuner and ATX-4C products Motty Electronics Ltd. offers a one year warranty against defects in material and workmanship. For the Wiring Harnesses products JBS Innovations will warranty a period of one year against defects in material or workmanship. If you have a problem with the product, and we cannot resolve the issue by email or over telephone, then Motty Electronics Ltd. will repair or replace the faulty tuner unit, and JBS Innovations will repair or replace the faulty wiring harness as quickly as possible. The warranty period begins with the date of the original purchase. Only in exceptional circumstances will a replacement unit be sent before receiving and testing the returned unit.

Buyer or user agrees that he or she has had the opportunity to fully examine these products before use or installation. JBS Innovations & Motty Electronics Ltd. or its dealers are not responsible for the manner and method of the installation of these products. That responsibility lies solely with the buyer or user of these products.

All products manufactured or sold by JBS Innovations & Motty Electronics Ltd. or its dealers are intended solely for off road use and not for use on the public roads. The use of these products on public roads is illegal and the installation of these products on a vehicle may make that vehicle illegal for use on public roads.
